Artist Residency Opportunities

The Arts Council is advertising the following residency opportunities on behalf of client organisations. Please visit the appropriate website for further information on each opportunity. 

Artists residencies at Centre Culturel Irlandais, Paris

The annual residency programme offers great opportunities for artists of all disciplines to tap into the resources of Paris and the CCI, as well as being an important means of showcasing Ireland's dynamic contemporary culture on an international stage. Applications will close on Wednesday 11 Jan 2017.

Terms and Conditions:

  1. The residency is open to practitioners in all art forms, within the limits of the facilities available in the Centre.
  2. The bursary covers travel and accommodation in the Centre Culturel Irlandais. The artist is expected to spend the period agreed in the Centre.
  3. Each resident artist will receive a stipend of €700 per month.
  4. The artist in residence will be asked to participate in the cultural programme of the Centre Culturel Irlandais.

Tyrone Guthrie Centre at Annaghmakerrig

The Tyrone Guthrie Centre at Annaghmakerrig, County Monaghan is a residential workplace for artists of all disciplines. Here artists can find peace and quiet to develop their work, together with the stimulation of living alongside other artists from all disciplines, enabling a rich cross-fertilization of ideas.
