2. Signing in

Where do I log in to create a new application?

To Create a new online application CLICK HERE and then select the appropriate scheme

To edit an application saved online CLICK HERE

How do I sign in?

To sign in, you must enter both your email address and password.

If you have never used the online facility before you select your own password. You then use this password on future visits.

3. Techincal Issues

My computer is not displaying the online application correctly, do I need to change any settings?

The online application form should work with the following internet browsers:
Internet Explorer 5.5 Service pack 2 or higher
Netscape 6.2.2 or higher
Netscape Communicator 4.76 or higher
Internet Explorer 5.1.4 for MAC or higher

I am using a recent browser ( as listed above ) and still have problems, should I check anything else?

The online application is hosted at grantrequest.com - this site should be a trusted site in Internet Explorer and your broswer should allow this site to use cookies. This can be enabled as follows:

Under Tools Menu, choose Internet Options and click on Security tab:

Click on Sites button, type in www.grantrequest.com , click Add and then Click OK:

On Internet Options click on Privacy tab:

Click on Sites button, type in www.grantrequest.com, click Allow, click OK to exit this screen then click OK to exit Internet Options screen.

4. Other Frequenetly Asked Questions

I cannot enter financial information?

The finance fields are numerical - do not enter "£" or other currency symbol or use words in this field, for example do not write "£1,000" - enter the number 1000
