The Arts Council of Northern Ireland wishes to further the development of the Arts within Early Years (3-7 years). This scheme aims to support partnership projects within educational catchment areas between voluntary and statutory organisations/groups. Projects should develop coherent and progressive experiences, rich in creativity, between partners which extend the skills of problem solving, language and creative abilities of young children through interaction with creative practitioners.

Please Note:
Application forms may be saved online so that users may complete the form over a period of time.
Applicants are issued with a username and password for each application to enable them to return to edit it online.
Once the application is submitted the applicant must sign a Confirmation of Online Application Form and return it to the Arts Council within five days.

Applications should be submitted to the Arts Council no later than 4.00pm on Thursday 2 nd February 2006.
Applications received after this deadline cannot be accepted.
Operational period for projects to be undertaken is September 2006 to December 2006.
