ARTS DEVELOPMENT OFFICER: COMMUNITY ARTS (Ref: 12/06)


Curatorial E scale - £27,115 to £30,520 per annum Pro rata
Temporary Post - up to 12 months
22 hours per week

Job-Share (Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday)

 

 

1. Introduction

This temporary post is for an Arts Development Officer Job-Share, working 22 hours per week (Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday) to cover a maternity leave.

 

2. Terms and Conditions

Salary Range   £27,115 to £30,520 per annum pro rata.

Pension Scheme  The Council offers a contributory pension scheme operated through the Northern Ireland Local Government Officers Superannuation Committee.

Probationary Period  The appointment will commence with a probation period of six months which may be terminated at a month’s notice by either side during the period.

Annual Leave  Twenty five working days per annum pro rata.  The leave year runs from 1st April – 31st March.

 

Hours of Business

  Office Hours Flexi-Time
Monday to Thursday 9.00am to 5.30pm 8.00am to 6.30pm
Friday 9.00am to 5.30pm 8.00am to 6.00pm

(including one hour for lunch every day)

The post holder must be willing and able to work outside the Arts Council’s normal office and flexi-time hours.

Office Location  The post is based at the Arts Council’s offices, 77 Malone Road, Belfast.

4. Shortlisting
