STICKY FINGERS – Operations Manager
Sticky Fingers Arts wishes to appoint an Operations Manager. An exciting opportunity to work in the area of children’s arts with one of Irelands foremost arts organisations.

Candidates should have a third level qualification in a relevant field and a minimum of five years working at management level. Excellent communication and financial management skills are required as well as an interest and understanding of the arts sector.

Salary £27,849  - £30,011, full time post, 37 hours per week

THE ULSTER ASSOCIATION OF YOUTH DRAMA (UAYD) – Freelance Development & Communications Officer
Term Contract: 7 months commencing September 2012
Fee: £15,000

The Ulster Association of Youth Drama (UAYD) is a support and development organisation. It has a wide-ranging membership of young people, youth theatres, youth groups, schools, individuals and  organisations, and runs events to support, promote, develop and advocate for the youth theatre and drama sector in Northern Ireland.

UAYD is seeking expressions of interest from suitably qualified and experienced individuals, partnerships of individuals or companies for the delivery of key projects and functions of the organisation  including strategic and business management; financial management; core and project fundraising; management support to the Project Officer.

The Ulster Association of Youth Drama is seeking expressions of interest from suitably qualified and experienced individuals, partnerships of individuals or companies for the co-ordination and delivery of the following projects:

1) Leader Development
2) Partnerships in Communities
3) Mentoring
4) Professional Pathways
