Maria Eagle MP visits Ormeau Baths Gallery

Iain Davidson, Visual Arts Officer, Arts Council of Northern Ireland (right) and Alan Lewis, Vice Chairman, Northern Ireland Press Photographers Association, accompanied Maria Eagle MP, Minister for Culture, Arts and Leisure on a special visit to the ‘Out of the Darkness’ exhibition at the Ormeau Baths Gallery on Monday 2nd April 2007.

The ‘Out of the Darkness’ photographic exhibition celebrating 40 years of press photography in Northern Ireland ran from 8th March to 31st March. The exhibition has proved to be hugely successful with over 6,000 visitors to the gallery.
