S 15027/06 Development of a Drama Strategy for the Arts Council of Northern Ireland

Supplies and Services Division, Central Procurement Directorate (CPD), on behalf of its client, the Arts Council of Northern Ireland, invites tenders from suitably experienced service providers to research, develop and produce a Drama Strategy.

The Arts Council is the lead development agency for the arts in Northern Ireland. It is the main support for artists and arts organisations, offering a broad range of funding opportunities through our Exchequer and National Lottery funds.

The new Drama Strategy must establish a clear vision of the development of drama within Northern Ireland with priorities and key actions for the Arts Council to implement over the next five years. It must also, in keeping with the Arts Councils wider aims and objectives, encourage a co-operative approach in order that we can realise maximum benefit for the public.
