This document provides a summary of the themes that emerged from the series of meetings held with the arts sector throughout Northern Ireland during May and June.  Each meeting was marked by high quality discussion on the implications of the proposals outlined in the Review of Public Administration.

The themes identified through these meetings will form part of our submission to the RPA team.  We would welcome opinions from those who attended the meetings whether the themes identified represent a fair and accurate reflection of the discussion held and encourage those who were unable to attend to add their comments.
