Central Procurement Directorate on behalf of its client the Arts Council of Northern Ireland (ACNI) wishes to invite tenders from experienced and competent service providers to undertake a review of the ACNI 5 Year Plan. The key purpose of this is:

To support the Arts Council’s planning process by carrying out a review of the existing 5 Year Plan from 2001 – current, and in so doing assist the development of the next 5 year plan (2006-2011).
