A joint initiative, in conjunction with the Community Relations Council for supporting the arts and culture of black and minority ethnic communities, in Northern Ireland.
This programme aims to foster the expression of cultural pluralism, and hence build dialogue and mutual understanding, through interchanges within and between communities and their cultures.
