Arts Council of Northern Ireland – Invitation to Tender

The Arts Council of Northern Ireland (ACNI) seeks tenders from companies or individuals to undertake an investigation into the actual and perceived barriers to publicly funded arts in Northern Ireland as faced by the general population and, in particular, minority groups.

The appointed consultant(s) will also be expected to examine steps taken by arts organisations in Northern Ireland to overcome barriers and identify good practice in increasing access to the arts adopted by organisations in the United Kingdom.

Tenders are invited from companies or individuals who can demonstrate experience of undertaking research within an arts environment and using a range of quantitative and qualitative research techniques. A knowledge and understanding of the arts and cultural sector in Northern Ireland would be preferable.
