The Deadline Has Now Passed Communications and Media Manager ARTS COUNCIL OF NORTHERN IRELAND Communications and Media Manager (Ref 04/02) Candidates must have a university degree, or a professional qualification of an equivalent or higher standard, in a communications related discipline such as public relations, marketing or journalism. They must have at least three years’ full-time experience gained within the last five years at a senior level in public relations; demonstrating the ability to write creatively and interface directly with the media, articulating an organisation’s policy and points of view. In addition, they must be able to demonstrate excellent oral, written, presentation and inter-personal communications skills in dealing with a range of professionals at all levels and with the general public. Experience of managing staff is also a requirement of this post. Salary scale: £22,832 to £34,992. Other benefits include a non-contributory final salary based pension scheme and flexible hours working arrangements.
