Salary £18,500 - £27,458

The Arts Council of Northern Ireland invites applications for this permanent post in the Arts Development Department. Successful applicants will have:

• A third level degree in an arts related subject or arts administration
  
• Two years experience within the last four years in Community Arts
  
• The ability to contribute to policy development, evaluate applications for funding, give advice and guidance, analyse information, formulate decisions and think strategically
  
• The ability to work outside normal office hours
  
• Access to transport
