INTERNET AND NEW MEDIA AWARDS

Community Arts / Internet Pilot Project

The Arts Council of Northern Ireland seeks applications from organisations to develop pilot projects in community arts using new technologies and particularly the internet. Through this programme arts organisations which can demonstrate expertise in training and project development are invited to apply for an award to provide training for artists who will then work with community groups. It is anticipated that a network of groups will be set up which can communicate and which can pool their expertise. The award will include a sum to be set aside for equipment necessary for the groups to undertake projects. Applications will only be accepted  prior to Friday May 31st .
