When published early next year it will incorporate a State of the Sector report (with funding data), a discussion of the key questions, issues and themes in Community Arts, 12 Case Studies and it will present a vision for the future. In order to make sure that the vision for the future is owned by all key participants and stakeholders, you are invited to take part in this process. A further two public sessions for anyone involved will be held as follows:
http://www.linenhall.com/About_us/Location/location.html Please RSVP indicating which event you will attend, by 12th December to: E-mail: Moira@stratagem-ni.com Tel: 028 9087 2800 Fax: 028 9087 2801 An early response would be helpful so that we can forward the appropriate documentation to you and finalise the necessary catering arrangements. You will understand the significance of this process and the importance of your participation. Community Arts sits at an exciting moment in its development across Northern Ireland. After PEACE I funding, what will PEACE II hold? What are the information, support and training needs of the sector? How can Community Arts practitioners input into policy development? What sort of strategy should DCAL have and who should help deliver it? These and other questions will be raised and dealt with during the participative and interactive sessions. You are strongly urged to attend. With best wishes Julie Harrison, Paul McGill, Quintin Oliver (Review Team Commissioned by DCAL) |
