Early Years Arts Awards The Arts Council of Northern Ireland has received £65,000 from DCAL for the development of the Arts within Early Years provision. In line with its new 5-Year Plan and in conjunction with Arts Organisations, the Arts Council wishes to develop projects that will target the following priority areas in the sector – rural, urban, disadvantage/social exclusion and disabilities. Arts organisations, with a track record in designing, developing and delivering high quality programmes in this area, are invited to make a bid for an award to carry out a project with a view to establishing a Model of Best Practice within the Early Years Arts arena.
