Disability Access Advisors The Arts Council of Northern Ireland, In response to the Disability Discrimination Act 1995, proposes to introduce accessibility support services for clients and potential clients applying for capital, project and revenue funding across all Arts Council Schemes. We wish to ensure that Arts Council applicants and clients have access to the necessary support and expertise to meet the required standards indicated by current legislation. Applications are therefore invited from competent, experienced agencies and individuals to supply advice, monitoring and evaluation and auditing services, and/or training on disability and access issues. Applications will be evaluated on the basis of expertise and ability to follow the recommended course laid out for the attainment of desired outcomes and a select list of consultants will be established and made known to clients and potential clients.
