Council Meetings
The Council generally meets once a month. The minutes of these meetings, which are the formal record of business, will normally be published on this site, following their approval at the subsequent Board Meeting. It is the aim of Council to make as much of the minutes available as possible. However, there will be times when sections of the minutes will be withheld from publication. These are deemed exempt under the Freedom of Information Act and the reason for their non publication will be clearly notified.
