Council Committees
The Council is supported in its work by a number of advisory committees which review the various functions of the organisation and report back to Council on a regular basis. Terms of reference documents are available for each committee. They outline the purpose of the committee, the way it will be structured, who will be involved, how business will be undertaken and how it will be undertaken and how it will be reported to Council. To view the Terms of Reference for each committee click on the relevant name below. NB: Committees do not have decision making powers; proposals come to the Council for approval. Delegated authority in grant making remains as appropriate with the Lottery, Grants and Capital Committee.
