| Usernames and passwords have been sent to all users - if you did not receive your username and password, or are having difficulties using the online survey, please contact the Arts Council. | ||
| If you complete the RFO survey online you DO NOT need to submit the forms electronically or in hard copy | ||
| The online survey version allows users to add information, save it and return to it at a later point. Reporting and other enhancements to the online system will be made available shortly | ||
