All applications are scored and assessed against the 3 published criteria:-
1. Quality of Artistic Activity or Provision of Services (umbrella organisations)
2. Public Benefit and Strategic Impact
3. Financial Viability and Quality of Management
However, the overall financial recommendation takes into account a number of other pertinent environmental factors such as:-
● Historic funding;
● Sectoral needs;
● Organisation's specific needs, eg. other funding sources coming to an end;
● Organisational development plans;
● The overall financial context.
