Drama Bursaries Training Programme is currently closed to applications. A statement will be issued on the future of the programe once the Arts Council budget for 2010 / 2011 has been confirmed. As part of the Arts Council’s Drama Strategy recommendations we are offering awards for theatre practitioners to attend and participate in short courses, masterclasses and professional development training opportunities until the end of this current financial year (March 2010). The Arts Council wishes to encourage the creation of access to professional/vocational training, specifically in relation to CPD for theatre practitioners living in Northern Ireland. Potential applicants are requested to identify their own training opportunities in line with the priorities of this scheme.
