Artists' Biography:
The artist and curator has participated in exhibitions locally, nationally and within China and America. The artist is a co-director of Fullyformed Projects, a committee member of the OBG, and a co-director of Catalyst Arts. She has been an editorial adviser for Circa Arts Magazine and has been a commissioned writer for Artists Newsletter and Circa also.
Artists' Statement:
My choice of medium tends to be informed by the subject material and the outcomes range from lens based work to textile banners. My photographic work usually includes examples of what I classify as 'urban/rural sculptures' temporary bulidings, caravans and fast food vehicles. Thematically, many of my exhibitions have had socio-political overtones.
Angela's work can be seen as part of the Arts Council of Northern Ireland's touring exhibition
at the Down Arts Centre from 11th October - 3rd November.
